What our customers are saying:
When my husband and I moved from Perth, WA to Singleton, NSW, it was a huge change, luckily we had Renae. With her business, Priority Relocations, Renae was there from the very beginning as an efficient, organized and welcoming person. Her knowledge of the Hunter Valley and Singleton is astounding. She made sure we were comfortable and happy in our temporary accommodation, smoothing out any bumps along the way. With her help we were acclimatized and in a newly bought house within two months. Settling in would have been a nightmare without Renae, and now Singleton feels like home. - The Wrights
My partner and I come from an isolated mining town in Western Australia, the population consists of 3,000 people. It was a 16 hour drive to the closest city. So you can only imagine how nervous we were relocating to surrounding areas of Sydney. Renae from Priority relocations picked up our house keys, she visited our house, turned on the heaters, had shopped for us and made us a hamper full of goodies. To be able to come to our new home to meet Renae was an absolutely amazing, confident and stress free start to our new life. Renae found us a fantastic rental within a week of being in town. Renae also arranged an afternoon tea with all the new women that have relocated here, It was great to talk to people in the same situation as me, we now catch up on a weekly basis and I class them as my new group of friends! Renae isn't just a business owner. She is a passionate, bubbly and amazing lady. I admire her work ethic and she is and inspiration. Moving to New South Wales has truly been the best move of our lives thanks to Priority Relocations. :) - Tahlea and Christo
Relocating from QLD to Singleton with three young boys and two dogs was a daunting prospect. Upon arriving and realizing the extent of the rental shortages was even more worrying. Thankfully Renae, you came to our rescue! Mitch and I are so grateful for your willingness and efficiency in not only finding us a property, but also assisting us in settling in, meeting people, and offering knowledge on Singleton areas, developments, businesses and schools. Your positive outlook, honesty, organisation and attention to detail made you incredibly easy to rely on and instantly bond with. Since settling, it is evident that you are completely genuine and consider past clients to be as important as present clients. You have gone above and beyond to assist our family and words cannot express our appreciation. Thank you. - Kellee Cameron
Renae, thank you so much for welcoming us and the smooth transition to our new home and Singleton.

Moving to Singleton would have been a lot more complicated and scary if it wasn't for the fact that we had you there waiting for us. You were always available to answer any and all of our questions. When we first arrived you immediately took us under your wing, showing us around the town, having a welcome hamper waiting for us in our hotel complete with a folder full of every kind of useful information we would ever need to make living here more comfortable and easy. We are so grateful that we had you to help our move and transition into NSW be as smooth as it was. We have been here almost a year and you still keep in touch and are always ready to lend us your friendly advice. I am so glad that we had you, Renae from Priority Relocations and nobody else, as you have gone above and beyond what was required of you!! Y ou are a wonderful giving person and I would truly like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you helped us with and for the things you are still helping us with. - Liz, Gerard and Harry Walker.
I moved with my husband and two children from California to Singleton in July 2010 and Renae Kelly from Priority Relocations helped us with repatriating back to Australia and settling into Singleton. I would highly recommend Priority Relocations and Renae.
From the very beginning of our journey home, while we sat on the other side of the world in California, Renae was working towards making the move as smooth as possible. She rejected a temporary home initially slated for us, recognizing that with two small children the townhouse would be too small and instead worked hard behind the scenes, eventually securing for us a home with a backyard and even a trampoline for the children to play on. All of this was done without our asking or explaining our situation.
When we arrived at the home, after the long flight, tired and overwhelmed, Renae was waiting for us on the doorstep of our new temporary home with keys and welcome and inside we discovered that she had done a small shop for us, with essentials like coffee and tea, but also snacks for the kids, soup for dinner and even chocolate (essential!). She sat with us and made sure we had transport, could orientate ourselves and had everything we immediately needed. And all this late on a Friday afternoon, well outside normal working hours.
Renae continued to help us, showing me around town, recommending mortgage specialists and estate agents, she even came and inspected a few properties with me. On the stressful morning that my children tearily started at their new school, Renae came to the house to take me for coffee and sympathy. Her incredible foresight and empathy was invaluable and her presence with me on that day was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me.
When we finally settled on a house and moved in Renae was there with a gift basket and a card and her beautiful caring spirit. Moving is hard, especially on children and I can sincerely say that my move was made smoother and so much easier by the caring foresight of Renae. We have moved a couple of times in my husband’s career and this was definitely the easiest transition and I attribute that solely to Renae. As I made friends I quickly learned that in this sometimes transient population Renae has had this wonderful impact on many people. Many people know Renae through the help and kindness she gave them when they moved to Singleton. She understands not only the logistics of moving but also the emotion involved and that understanding is what makes this business so special and makes this service so excellent. Any company that has new employees moving to Singleton would be mad not to take advantage of this fantastic Singleton service which is unrivalled, in my experience, even in the heavily service orientated culture of America. - Bianca Mitchell
